On Labor day we wanted to do something fun before Eric started school so we thought we would see the bodies exhibit at the Tropicana. We went to In & Out burger first (sooo good) and we were on our way. We got inside and the escalator was broken so we thought we would just walk up. Big mistake! Eric was wearing flip flops and just carrying Ava in her stroller when his foot slipped out and he slid down the steps- OUCH! He was bleeding pretty bad-gross. Good thing he just got his shots! I caught Ava so she was ok, it scared her though. So that was the end of that idea. We drove to the nearest hospital (not a good part of town by the way) and he got 25 stitches in his toe! Poor guy! Babies weren't allowed so me and Ava had to just hang out for 2 hours. Wow it was so boring. So that was pretty much the end of that day! It makes for a good story though I guess. I hope the pictures don't gross anyone out too much. The scrape on his leg is the jagged edge of the steps!
