Books

Ava is loving school and especially going to the library and checking out books. They get to go once a week. The second week of school she came home and immediately asked for paper to make her own book. She proceeded to write some things on the front. Later I found out it was the title and who it was written by. I love that she tries to write and sound things out by herself. We are working on spacing the words out, they tend to make one big long word! And of course Dresden wants to do what Ava is doing so he made a book too. He is not so much into coloring though.
It makes me so happy that they love school so much and are learning so many fun things. Ava comes home and wants to color EVERYDAY! We have almost gone through a whole package of paper with all her artwork. We have started making her color on the back so we wouldn't waste one inch of paper! We love our little Artist!
