Rocks, chalk, and a hippo

We love playing OUTSIDE! It's the surefire way to make Ava happy. She has been really into putting EVERYTHING in her mouth lately so I have to keep an eye on her but she sure loves the rocks. She brings them in the house, puts them in her hippo and throws them in a pile (daddy taught her that). She was so happy I had to go get my camera. Here are the pictures.

trying to avoid me

I was bored a couple days ago so I decided to try and take some pictures of Ava. TRY being the key word there. I was mostly figuring out lighting and angles but Ava was not being the best model. I was totally annoying her by following her around and saying her name over and over...actually I was starting to annoy myself! She would not sit still or look at me very long. I finally decided to give her a cookie if she would just sit there for a minute. Anyway it was fun!Please excuse the nakedness and messy face! It's too hard to narrow it down to just one...or even five when it's your own little sweetness! I like them even though she's not looking at me!

Nothing exciting going on just taking lots of pictures of my cute little baba! These are just random pictures when she got out of the tub the other day. She just looked so cute sitting naked on the bed watching morning cartoons!

Grandma and Aunt Robyn visit

My mom and sister came to visit us this weekend! It was one of those short and sweet trips! They got in Wednesday night and flew out Saturday night. We had so much fun though. It was a nice having them here to entertain Ava and I while Eric was at school. We went running in the morning followed by laying out by the pool! It was so nice outside and by the time they left we had our first 3 digit degree whether. I took them to all my favorite places and we did some fun shopping! It was a great relaxing weekend! It took Ava a little bit to get used to them but she warmed up fast. Right now she is kind of a mama's girl but she loved getting that extra attention from them! Thanks so much for coming out to see us! Love you guys! Thanks for everything mom. I just took a few pictures the day they left.

Baby Kylie

My Friend Karrissa just had a beautiful baby girl a couple weeks ago. She is the cutest little thing and she was nice enough to let me practice taking some pictures of her and their cute family! It was so much fun. I definitely learned alot and still have so much more to learn. I'm going to take some more but here are some of my favorites...or ALOT of my favorites!
