Painting pumpkins

Last year we did the carving thing and basically the kids got bored and Eric ended up doing all the work. So this year we decided to just paint pumpkins. Plus I still feel like life is crazy and I'm having a hard time planning and getting things ready.
Ava loves painting and was so excited to surprise us. She wanted to make a Nebraska Husker pumpkin! After talking football for awhile she also wanted a BYU pumpkin. She had an N for Nebraska and then a Y for BYU. It kinda looks like New York but she was so proud! Dresden's was looking pretty crazy for awhile and then he decided he wanted a Micheal Jordan pumpkin. He has some clothes with the Micheal Jordan symbol on it. He asked Eric what it was awhile ago and now that's all he wants to wear, that and Nike, and Puma stuff! Such a funny boy. We had a great time and the kids asked to paint pumpkins every night for like a week. Nora was an angel and slept threw the whole thing. The kids wanted to get a little pumpkin at the store for her so we let them paint that one too!
