Disneyland Day 2

Day two was so much fun! We went to both Disneyland and California Adventure. There were so many fun things to see. Ava's favorite of the day was for sure all the Bug's Life rides, and toontown roller coaster! She is still talking about them. I did feel bad that Dresden was sleeping through some of the best parts, like meeting Mickey and Minnie! He is much happier when he gets him naps though. Ava did so good meeting all the characters. I was worried she would be shy but she LOVED them. She tells her Barbie's all about meeting them. The California Adventure side was so much fun. The parade was so awesome. Dresden was excited to see everything. He was sleeping during the Disneyland one. We ended the night at Cheesecake factory. Dresden was sooo tired and they were so slow that we ended up eating most our food at the hotel so the kids could sleep. Which actually was really fun! Here is day 2! This was such a cute ride. I loved all the detail in everything. Dresden was ust taking it all in. It was always nice to be on a ride because we knew he would be clam and happy!

Disneyland Day 1

We made it! After an extremely long drive with the kids we finally arrived at our hotel! The Winwards and Kinghorns got there a little bit before us but our rooms were right next to each other. Dresden was so tired and went right down. Ava was awake and excited to see everyone. She thought she was going to sleep in our bed! But we had a little bedroom in our room that was for the kids which was nice. We unpacked and got ready for the morning.

Disneyland did not disappoint!! It's fun from the moment you walk in! Ava was super excited and just took it all in. Dresden was just happy to be outside. The kids were pretty good considering we stayed at Disneyland all day, so they both took naps in the stroller. Which made it nice for the adults to take turns on the rides. We would split up either girls and boys or couples. The fast passes and stroller passes were so nice! When the kids were awake we hit all the rides they could go on. We really had such a good time! This is day ONE!

This picture doesn't really show it but Dresden loved the rides. He was so good and and just looked around. Some rides he had to sit by himself next to us. He seemed like such a big boy!

We were standing in line for Alice in Wonderland and Ava got excited and said "rabbit's house". I had no idea what she was talking about until I turned around and saw it. I had no idea. She really likes Alice in Wonderland movie.


Dresden was really entertained by the bag of trail mix. It was so funny watching him try and get it thought the bag!

Eric was showing her how to make the horse go by using the belt thing.

Seriously the best part of Disneyland...the PARADE! To say that Ava LOVED it would be an understatement! I got a little teary eyed watching how excited she was. It was a great parade with lots of music, dancing and fun characters! She was so happy! For sure the happiest place on earth!!
